We like to discuss everything, from your choice of clothes, to how comfortable you are in front of a camera.

Dont worry if you hate having your picture taken, camera shy people are our speciality and whatsets us aside from many other photographers. 99% of our new customers have never posed before and are generally nervous, so we teach you the secrets of how to look natural in front of a camera.

We don't have a production line and we don't do snap shots, so each session may last over two hours as we strive to elicit that elusive special expression or pose that defines you or your loved one. Each person is treated as an individual, and the lighting is configured to suit you, not the other way round.

The session itself is usually all about having some fun. Even our serious and moody images are usually filled with stifled giggles and fits of laughter.

Following your portrait session, we analyse and distil the images.
Even with a group shot, every person is indevidually analysed and adjusted to bring out the best of their features; from a skin touch up, to making sure your eyes sparkle.

Twenty years of photography experience enables us to extract the very best from each picture, so that your results stand out from the crowd. 

The viewing session at our studio is a no hassle, no pressure chat. 

We show you the images on a large projector screen and you can spend time at the keyboard browsing the images and drinking coffee.

We often find that the mums cry (a lot) so we have tissues on hand just in case... (the dads sometimes do too, but we pretend not to notice!)

Once your final selection is made, we will make any final changes before sending the artwork to a professional print lab.

If you want, we will liaise with our professional bespoke framing service to get them built into their chosen frames.

Finally! Before delivery to you, we inspect the results to ensure that the product meets our exacting standards.
